On day 31, your membership automatically continues at $7/month (Basic) or $33/month (Premium), charged monthly to the payment method you provide. We will email you the exact charge date and amount before the first payment. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@kemeticare.com — cancellation takes effect before your next charge. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect at your next billing date. Concierge membership is arranged separately following a consultation and is not part of the automatic renewal above.
